Kung Fu Lite is an exercise program focused on strengthening your bodies core, while increasing concentration, self-discipline and balance of the body and mind.
Geared towards those 50+ looking for a different way to combine a healthy, physical wellbeing with good mental health, these 60-minute sessions feature elements such as warm up program, stretching techniques and muscle building based on Kung Fu fundamentals, geared to the abilities its participants.
